The Variety Show is a collaborative, semi-every-year-ish event that blends art, music, and movies. We have hosted acts such as drag, poems, acoustic guitar, noise sets, monologues, electric cello, music videos, documentaries, and short films. The point of this show is to demonstrate the connections between artists in a community and how we must work together as a spider-web.

The 1st Variety Show ( August 2022) had the grand finale of the Rally Point Tour Doc and I had the idea to include live performances of the band members, Packie Cronin, Alyssa Almeida, and Merit Gentile. We had films by myself, Daniel Krantman, James Molloy, and Del Zeigman.

The 2nd Variety Show (November 2023) built on that notion by having a host, Bruce Baldini, who performed a drag number (Romeo & Juliette by Dire Straits) as well as a theater monologue. In the Live Score below, you can see a montage of the nights films that was live-accompanied by the musicians, Alyssa Almeida and Salina Kuo. We had films by myself, Calan, Lydia Ruth Conner, and Del Zeigman

The 3rd Variety Show (January 2025) was hosted by Packie Cronin and featured the films of myself, Lydia Ruth Conner, Del Zeigman, and Cheryl Hess. Our friend Colin Miller filmed the event. 

The Variety Shows so far have been hosted at Launderette Records.
